Telephone Counselling Fees

The fee for a 50 minute Telephone Counselling Session is £50, payable by cheque, credit, debit or switch card . The client will be responsible for making the telephone calls at the pre-determined time.

Payment for each session must be received one week in advance of the session if paying by cheque. If paying by credit, debit or switch card, payment must be received at least 48 hours before the session.

If you need to cancel, or rearrange a session time, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to avoid the loss of the booked session. If I need to cancel or rearrange the time or date, as much notice as possible will be given to you, and you will be credited in full if an alternative time cannot be agreed.

If you are unable to make the call at the pre-arranged time and the minimum 24 hours notice has not been given, you will lose the booked session and the full fee will be taken.
