Confidentiality
In one to one coaching we believe in the importance of holding a preliminary "chemistry check". i.e. a brief introductory meeting with the prospective individual, which we do at our expense.
- As our work is to do with improving the performance of individuals and teams on a personal level and is not strategically sensitive, we often work with more than one client in a particular industry.
- Confidentiality is guaranteed both at an individual level and company level, as our focus is on providing a safe environment for individuals and teams to open up.
- Feedback to the client organisation can be provided with the express approval of the individual being coached.
